Our CNC workshop has six machines — three 3-axis mills, one 5-axis mill and two lathes — complemented by manual machines and prepared fixtures for short setup times and full tolerance control.

• Haas VM2, VF2 and VF6 — three 3-axis CNC mills

We perform qualified welding as part of our manufacturing — with qualified welders and documented procedures.

• Qualified welding with documented procedures

• Separate clean-welding bay in-house for aluminium and stainless steel

• Visible seams can be ground and polished to the desired finish

We treat assembly and packing as a core part of production. By keeping assembly tied to the rest of production, the quality chain stays unbroken and lead times stay short.

• Final assembly of CNC-machined and welded parts
• Radial riveting in our own BalTec RN 181 machine
• More complex assembly with electronics, pneumatics or special components
• Assembly fixtures and work instructions for repeatable quality
• Labels and packing materials sourced to the customer's exact specification

We work with around 50 suppliers — 80 per cent of them in our local area. We see our partners as Qtech's DNA — working project by project with the customer, we find the right suppliers for each assignment.
