Since 2025 we have reported in line with the VSME standard — the new European sustainability standard for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our work was awarded EcoVadis Gold that same year, for the third year in a row. We put the work where we can make the biggest difference.
1,724 tonnes CO₂e in 2025 — our fourth climate calculation under the GHG Protocol. Emissions per employee down from 60 to 37 tonnes over three years. The facility runs on 100% renewable electricity, with geothermal heating, LED lighting and sensors.
46 employees, 100% covered by collective agreements, zero hours of absence due to workplace accidents in 2025. We use Winningtemp for ongoing employee dialogue and partner with Företagshälsan i Västbo. ISO 45001 completed in 2026.
100% of employees complete anti-corruption training when joining. Supplier code of conduct with requirements on working conditions and human rights. Nimblr is used to train employees through simulated phishing attacks. No corruption or bribery incidents reported in 2025.
